What is the difference between a rental and a lease?
  With a lease, service and support is charged separately.
   
What tax can I reclaim?
  With a rental, like a lease 100% of the rental value.
   
What about VAT?
  VAT is charged and paid with the monthly rental.
   
What is the length of the term?
  36 months.
   
Can I upgrade?
  Unlike a lease, which requires a settlement of the outstanding balance with Rent IT you can refresh the equipment every 18 months.
   
What are the terms?
  3 months advance rental, followed by 36 payments by standing order.
   
What happens at the end of the rental?
  You keep the equipment - No damage charges - No inspections - No inventory check.
   
Will you maintain the equipment at the end of the rental?
  Yes - usually for three months rental costs per annum.
   
What support do you provide?
  All parts, labour, software and advice, the only exclusion is damage or loss.
   
How much does this cost?
  It is inclusive in the rental charge.
   
What happens in the event of a theft of loss?
  You tell us and we will replace the equipment - we invoice your insurers for the cost price of the new equipment and you continue with your monthly rental.
   
What service levels can I expect?
  Eight working hours.
   
If I place an order what is the lead time?
  On single user equipment usually 2 days, for network 14-21 days.

  Most of the UK.
